This is my go-to Russian dressing — and the secret is the caramelized onion jam. It adds a subtle sweetness that balances the tang from the horseradish and Worcestershire perfectly. Mix it up in five minutes, then let it sit. Overnight is best, but 30 minutes will do in a pinch. Great on my Turkey & Slaw Reuben, as a dip, or drizzled over a salad.
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp caramelized onion jam
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until smooth and fully combined.
- 2
Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. For best results, chill overnight to let the flavors develop.
Tips & Variations

- ✦Can't find caramelized onion jam? A small spoonful of sweet onion relish or a little extra ketchup with a pinch of sugar will get you close.
